Great service and good price. The team at Climate Control responded to a urgent heating issue in our rental property. They are out there to get the The job done with the most professional Attitude.They respond to emergencies in the timely and professional matter and because of that I was able to Advert costly damage to equipment due to power failures and weather events.The real hero in the office it’s Troy. He is the most attentive scheduler. My interactions with the front-line contact, installation, and repair persons were professional and answered all our questions. Unfortunately, our new heat pump leaked within hours of installation, but Climate Control dealt immediately with the extra work to repair the heat pump, restore our property, and deal with the warranty. And they did not increase their original (and reasonable) quote for installation. We are happy customers!
